ABN Network Proven Concept
Yes, there are several business networking systems since the past 4 decades in the USA. This is a testament to that business networking referral systems work! What we have done is added more flexibility and fine-tuned it for the Muslim community. As you walk into our networking meeting, you will find yourself surrounded by Muslim brothers and sisters of different business backgrounds, where our meeting commences with a dua.
Giving back to the community
Unlike other business networking company, ABN is a project of the AMEEN Project a 501c3 non-profit company. Our objective is to combine both new business owners and service providers with successful multimillion dollar companies within one group so that we can learn from each other. We do allow multiple members of the same industry which gives more options for referrals providing more benefit and support for the community. Our ABN is free but we do ask for donations to keep this project going. In addition to supporting ABN, your donations helps fund other projects of the AMEEN Project including the ‘Food for Thought program’ where we feed 100 meals to homeless in Washington, DC every Sunday and it the ‘AMEEN Project Community App’ which is a free smartphone app that provides Muslim events, real-time Janazah information, Jummah locator and more.

TERMS & CERTIFICATIONS
By submitting this Application, you agree to receive communications from or relating to ABN, and further agree that ABN may share your information and any other information and material you provide with other ABN members, affiliates, vendors, and third parties in order to provide you services as an ABN member.
ARBITRATION. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the member’s participation in ABN shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State where the applicant’s ABN Chapter is located. The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The clause encompasses any and all disputes involving ABN, its branches, and their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, as well as members, provided that the disputes pertain to membership or participation in ABN.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, any liability to you or your business entity involving ABN, their officers, directors, agents and representatives for any cause whatsoever arising out of or related to this Agreement and/or your membership or application in ABN, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount of yearly dues paid by you for the membership fee only in ABN. Except in jurisdiction where such provisions are restricted, in no event will there be any liability to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages.
CERTIFICATION. I hereby declare and certify that all statements contained in this application and any accompanying documents are true and correct, and that any misrepresentation or false statement may be grounds for rejecting my application or, if discovered after my application has been accepted, subject me to immediate termination at ABN’s discretion without any reimbursement. I further understand that my membership is conditional and I agree, accept and will abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein and those contained within the ABN Member Policies, Guidelines and Code of Ethics, all of which I have had the opportunity to review upon request or received upon induction. I acknowledge that breach of these terms, conditions, and policies shall be grounds to terminate my membership.
ABN CODE OF ETHICS
Upon acceptance to ABN, I agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics during the tenure of my participation in the organization.
- I will provide the quality of services at the price that I have quoted.
- I will be truthful with the members and their referrals.
- I will build goodwill and trust among members and their referrals.
- I will take responsibility for following up on the referrals I receive.
- I will display a positive and supportive attitude.
- I will live up to the ethical standards of my profession. Professional standards outlined in a formal code of conduct for any profession supersede the above standards.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Prospective members must complete this application and submit it to the Membership Committee for review.
- The Membership Committee will review your application and inform you of your acceptance or non-acceptance.
- The Membership Committee notifies the President.
- The President announces new members at chapter meetings following acceptance by the Membership Committee and receipt of payment.
